GuestTo whomever it may concern,
We were contacted today by a supposed customer of yours by the email of (noemirivera730@gmail.com). He claims he purchased this game from you, but he’s receiving a pop-up nag screen regarding our libraries, telling him that they are expired.
We manufacture software development tools for .NET (Visual Studio). I have provided a screenshot of the pop-up screen he’s getting:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/j50oczpclejygg9/Photo%20Jul%2016%2C%203%2037%2039%20PM.jpgWhile this is our company’s nag screen, I’m not sure why the user is receiving this. Did you guys sell this user the source code for your game that can be further developed in Visual Studio, or did you sell him the lifetime subscription for him to play the game?
Because he’s contacting us and requesting a free license which we cannot provide. But I’m wondering if the finalized game was compiled using our libraries, and if the libraries were registered.
Can you please get back to me as I have the customer waiting on a response from me. He thinks that this is something we have to deal with, but he doesn’t even have Visual Studio installed or has any idea what it is.
Thanks,
Vache
